Copies everything from the Google Sheets into this site's own database. Safe to run more than once. Run this ONCE after deploying to Steede with the Database turned on.
When every row shows a checkmark, the site is fully off Google Sheets. You can then delete migrate.html and functions/migrate-from-sheets.js from the folder, remove the old PROFILES_SHEET_URL / WAITLIST_SHEET_URL / REV_API_KEY variables, and redeploy.
